Close to breaking point what to do

I am so frustrated today and it isn't because of people, but my own weaknesses for women and because it is so easy for of to hook up. I am trying to be disciplined but it is so hard today is one of those majorly testing days where I am trying to keep my mine occupied in order to keep it of deviating towards thinking of sex.
